Bring GLASS, HANGERS, AEROSOL CANS, and other recyclables to recycle room in the basement. Do Not Throw Down the Chute!!! They can cause injury when going through our commercial compactor.
Almost-empty paint cans-remove lid and when paint has dried, recycle
Almost full paint cans-leave in recycle room. Super may be able to re-purpose
Regular household batteries-dispose with regular household trash
Styrofoam-dispose with regular trash
Electronics-Place in recycle room
Left-over tiles from renovations-limit disposal to 5 lbs of tile/week. Bring to recycle room
Large furniture and appliances-contact Dave, Super (347)690-9847 24 hours in advance
Place recyclables directly in blue or green pails, or in clear or transparent blue bags

Calling All Resident Artists
If you would like your art work displayed in our elevators, on a rotating basis, take a photo of your original artwork, or print out your photo on a standard size sheet of paper 8 ½” x 11”. Artwork can have a vertical or horizontal orientation.

FURNITURE DELIVERY at OV TOWER
Please email our Super David Huczko (dhhuczko@gmail.com) and Property Manager Donna Maresca (dm@islandcondony.com) 2-3 days in advance of delivery of furniture, large appliances, large bathroom vanities, closet doors etc. (Move-in/Move- out requires 5 days notice).
Furniture deliveries are accepted 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
The Delivery Agent’s Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be emailed to our Property Manager Donna Maresca (dm@islandcondony.com) 2-3 days in advance. It must include the unit owner’s name and unit number, and include Island Condo LLC 1610 Richmond Rd, SI NY 10304 and Ocean View Condominiums, 31 Hylan Blvd, SI NY 10305 on the certificate. Kindly inspect elevators and hallways for damage before the delivery people leave. If damage is noted, contact Super, so the delivery agent will be held responsible for the damage.
If you have ordered large furniture, appliances, etc from Wayfair, Amazon, etc. please be aware that usually delivery is only to the outside or inside of the lobby. It is your responsibility to bring it from the curb or lobby to your unit. Please notify Super 24 hours in advance of delivery so that, if necessary, the elevator can be padded.
